If you run into a problem, copy the app version and build type from the About screen and send them with a description of the issue. Never send your recovery phrase or private key to anyone. Real support will never ask for it.

What is MegaWallet?
MegaWallet is a non-custodial crypto wallet for Android. Use it to store, send, receive and swap USDT, Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON and assets on 13 networks, while your private key stays on your own phone.
How do I send USDT without TRX?
On the send confirmation screen, choose the “Smart” tab. The network fee is taken from the USDT itself instead of TRX, and you see the final amount before you confirm. This works for USDT and major tokens on TRON and Ethereum-compatible networks.
Where can I download MegaWallet?
You can download the Android app directly from this site, or from Myket and Cafe Bazaar.
Who holds my keys?
You do. The key is encrypted and stored on this device; transactions are signed here too, and only the signed result is sent to the network.
Where should I keep my recovery phrase?
Off your phone and out of any cloud service. Anyone who has those twelve words has full access to your assets, and we have no copy of it to recover for you.
I sent funds on the wrong network.
Blockchain transactions can't be reversed. Check the destination network on the confirm screen before you confirm; if you save the recipient in your address book, next time you can pick it instead of typing it.
My transaction is stuck as pending.
The network is busy and the suggested fee wasn't enough. It usually goes through on its own; until then, nothing has left your balance.
Direct or proxy connection?
Direct: the app connects to the network nodes itself. There's no middleman, but if a node is unreachable it gets slower or fails.
Proxy: requests go through MegaWallet's server, which is faster and more stable. In neither mode does your private key leave the device; signing always happens right here.
